Download the app

Click the Download for Windows button above. The app is a single portable .exe file โ€” no installation required. Save it anywhere on your computer.

Run the app

No installation needed. Double-click Moore Agent 1.0.0.exe to launch. Save it to your Desktop for easy access โ€” just double-click each time you start work.

Connect with your credentials

Enter your Moore Services server URL (https://moorecontactcenter.com), your agent email, and password. The app handles SIP configuration automatically.

Start taking calls

Set your status to Available and you're ready. Inbound calls ring the app directly. Make outbound calls from the built-in dialpad.
